5 Tips To Cure Your Acne
Reports show that over 90 percent of all adolescents and
almost 25 percent of all adults are acne sufferers.
And although acne affects about 50 percent of all adult
women, acne does affect males and females worldwide,
regardless of nationality.
Here are 5 tips to help with acne prevention and treatment
and skin maintenance. They are listed in no particular
order of importance.
1. Get plenty of fresh air and sunshine for vitamin D,
ingredients for healthy skin. Not only will your skin
appreciate the vitamin D, your body and mind will enjoy
the oxygen and stress reducer of a daily jaunt outdoors.
But don’t overdo it and get a sunburn! Remember to use sun
protection / tanning lotions if you’ll be out long.
You don’t want to get caught up in that cycle of burned,
dead skin cells blocking pores, resulting in acne scenario.
2. Remember, even “good” stress can trigger internal
chemical responses that result in acne, too. So plan ahead
to deal with extra stress when planning a wedding,
graduation, a move, a new job, a job transfer, a new baby,
etc. Journal a little extra, focusing on the upcoming
issue or issues and plan in some extra rest (use
relaxation or meditation tools - cassettes, workshops,
etc.) Get help around the house, take time off, exercise
(yoga and T’ai Chi are highly recommended), have fun or
whatever you need to do.
3. Drink an adequate amount of water daily. Many recommend
three to four tall glasses and mineral or filtered water.
Too little water can lead to dehydration, which can lead
to dead skin cells not naturally falling off or sloughing
properly; the end result can be blocked pores, acne.
4. Acne has nothing to do with dirt. Period. So don’t
over-wash or over-scrub your face or the rest of your body.
Keep in mind that too much can result in dry skin.
And dry skin means your body will jump in and create
more oil. Then what? Extra oil + extra dead skin cells =
blocked pores, triggering acne flare-ups. Same old story.
5. - Add more fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts to your
regular diet. (Note that deficiencies if selenium and zinc,
found in Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds, have been
associated with acne.) So add salads, dried fruit and nut
snacks, juices and other healthy treats to your daily planning.

Adult Acne - A Stressful Condition
As teenagers, many of us long for the day that we become adults and experience the bliss of having clear, acne- free skin. Teen acne can make individuals feel awkward and unattractive. Imagine how those who suffer from adult acne must feel. Despite the myths, adult acne is fairly widespread- especially between the ages of 25 and 45.
Although most acne treatments and acne cures are geared toward teens, they can also be effective in treating and preventing adult acne. Unfortunately, there are very few adult acne treatments on the market; this makes many adults believe that they will be forced to deal with their blemished skin for the rest of their lives.
The most well-known type of adult acne is called acne rosacea. People who suffer from this extreme form of acne may develop thick blisters filled with pus, red skin on the face, and small red blood vessels which can be seen on the surface of the affected area. Doctors have been searching for adult acne treatments for rosacea for years. Surprisingly, the most highly recommended adult acne cures is stress relief. It has been clinically proven that break outs, especially of adult acne, can be attributed to the body’s reaction to high levels of stress. Ironically, utilizing one of the best adult acne treatments can become a circular task the acne may cause an individual stress, but the best way to cure adult acne is to eliminate stress. As a result, many individuals try any and every adult acne cure available which oftentimes leads to worse breakouts. Thus, the best way for adults to overcome their battle with acne is to eliminate stress- inducing agents (within reason, of course) from their lives and include more relaxation and serenity.

Here’s A Home Remedy For Acne That Can Clear Your Acne In Just 7 Days
If you need a quick and simple way to get rid of acne fast then this will be the most important letter you’ll be reading today.
Here’s why: What I am about to reveal to you is a simple home remedy for acne so effective that you can apply it and see clearer skin in just 7 days.
What’s more the information you’re about to read in this article is not fluff. It contains hardcore step-by-step information that reveals the exact steps I use every time I need to get rid of my acne fast for special occasions.
More importantly This method has never failed me (works every time I used it).
And let me tell you none of what I’m about to reveal to you is brain surgery. You can easily learn it within 2 minutes. And apply it and be done with it within 5 minutes.
What is this home remedy for acne?
This home remedy for acne uses something you may already have in your home limes and milk. Limes with milk have a soothing affect on acne. It calms and relieves the redness that acne causes. Therefore, it makes your acne less noticeable and smaller in just a few days.
And in some cases, it completely eliminates it.
But before you run into the bathroom and start applying lime and milk on your acne, there are a few steps you need to follow:
Here’s the steps you need to follow for best results
1. Before you go to sleep, wash your face (or area where your acne is) thoroughly with any type of face wash. It won’t work if you’re applying tooth paste on dirty or oily skin (acne).
2. After you’re done washing your skin, rinse it with cold water, and dry it up with a soft towel or cloth. (Note: don’t dry your skin by scrubbing it with a towel or you’ll just irritate it and make it worse. Just tap it gently and softly until it dries.)
3. Boil the milk and then mix it with lime juice. Apply a small amount of the lime and milk mixture on your zits, pimples, acne, or whatever you call it or whatever it is that you have.
4. Relax for about 20 minutes then rinse it off with cold water. Try to keep your body cool during the 20 minutes. Don’t exercise or do any type of activities that will make you sweat. Or else it will be a waste of time.
After a few days, you will see that the big pimples (acne) are smaller and not as red as it was before. And the small pimples may have completely disappear.
Again, this home remedy for acne works best, if your skin is clean when applying the lime and milk mixture and you’re relaxing after applying it.
Another thing: I highly recommend you do this twice a day, everyday. Or at least apply it once a day.
Now you too can discover the same secrets thousands are now using to eliminate their acne in 2 to 7 days and stop it from ever coming back. For more information visit: http://www.howtogetridofacne.com
